I was assigned to Tarini mam. She was one of the most patient yet resilient therapist I have ever met. She is so sweet and kind too. She follows the rules yet gives an empathic approach towards one. In my experience I found her to not just change my perspective but also help me change myself and to be kind to myself even more. She is always on time with the sessions and allows you to also speak out a lot during those sessions. Moreover, during her sessions he makes it so easy for you to be feel and be not okay but help you with it too. I highly recommend her for your sessions.

I've made so much progress in my life the past 2 years, all thanks to my therapist Deepti. I had tried and tested atleast 7+ counselors/therapists and none of them could help. However, Deepti really understands me and knows exactly what it takes to get through to me. There were points in my life when I used to think that happiness is a myth. I spent more than 7 years in waves of depression. Until I spoke with her. And now, I cant believe how happy I am. I almost feel like im as happy as I used to be when I was a child, something I thought I'd never experience again. Small little things like having a shower or eating my favourite food or watching a good show, really excites me. Because of the mindfulness principles Deepti has taught me. Sure there are hard times now as well, but I know I can handle them, because of the coping techniques Deepti has guided me with. I still cant believe that i got over a 5 year relationship in 6 months. Something I would have thought to be impossible earlier on. People take years to get over a breakup, and somehow I got over mine so fast with Deepti's support.
